We are forming a new Data Science team and seek a highly motivated individual to join us. You will work alongside a talented team, utilizing AI for socially conscious projects that align with JOSA's mission and values.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passionate about JOSA's values and mission.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience in working with databases, data storage and data tools.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud computing.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English and interpersonal skills, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
   

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build data pipelines to clean, transform, and aggregate data from various sources.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, cleansing, and error handling.
• Implement data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive information.
• Monitor data infrastructure for performance and reliability, addressing issues promptly.
• Continuously optimize data architecture to support JOSA's evolving data needs.
• Collaborate with Data Science Team members and the Tech Team to ensure data availability, reliability, and infrastructure development.
