During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen a huge shift of reliance and dependency on digital channels for our every day activities. However, not every digital service was implemented in an inclusive manner, preventing the access to such services by people with physical and situational disabilities.

In this session, we will try to cover the concepts behind accessibility and their importance when building digital solutions, with focus on current accessibility standards and practices.
